What you’ll need (per serving):
150g Pork
100g Coconut Milk
95g Satay Marinade
130g Broccoli & Cauliflower Florets
30g Diced Onion
50g Diced Red & Green Capsicum
Procedure:
Step 1: Cut the pork into 3cm strips
Step 2: Combine the broccoli, cauliflower and diced onion in a bowl
Step 3: Add the satay marinade, coconut milk and stir all together
Step 4: Add the meat and combine
Step 5: Place in the tray / serving dish and top with sliced capsicum
